Packing Tips

Pack your books tightly in small boxes. Use talcum powder to eradicate any pungent smell.

Medicines should be packed in leak proof containers.

Always protect your goods with good packing pads such as bubble wrap and foam sheets. The more precaution you take, the safer your goods will be.

The carton boxes must not be over or under packed. Use a box to its maximum effect. Fill in the empty spaces with newspaper or cloth.

Light weight linens and stuffed toys can be used as good fillers in your containers. So pack them in separate covers and fill it in the fragile items boxes.

Always carry your valuable possessions, documents and keys with yourself and don’t pack it with any containers.

Adhesive tapes

Adhesive tapes or gum tapes are used to seal the cartons, hold the packing together and is used in various other packing procedures. Our customized manufactured BOPP tapes offer aggressive adhesive properties which are ideal for wide variety of surface conditions, temperature extremes, and recycled cartons as well as cartons requiring hot humid, cold packing, storage for long periods and transportation.

Strechfilm

Strechfilm is 20 to 50 micron plastic sheets which are useful in many ways. These are used as top layer of packing to hold the packing material intact as they are self binding. Strechfilm also act as moisture proof covering to prevent any seepage of moisture to material and carton boxes.

Foam Board or Thermocoel

Foam Board or thermocoel as it is commonly knoen is used to pad electronic goods, electrical appliances, glasses, mirrors, computers, wall painting, etc against shock and external damage. We use 1 inch to 5 inch thermocoel to pack different material as per its fragility and cushioning requirement.
